Check your heart rate with your phone camera
Heart Monitor reads tiny colour changes in your face through the front camera and turns them into heart rate, HRV and breathing rate readings. No extra device needed.
What you get
Heart rate from a selfie
Hold the phone in front of your face and get a heart rate reading from the camera.
HRV and breathing rate
See heart rate variability and breathing rate next to your pulse.
Blood pressure trends
Camera-based estimates show how your blood pressure changes over time. They do not replace a validated cuff.
Charts and history
Every reading is saved, so you can follow changes over days and months.
Reminders and PDF reports
Set measurement reminders and export your data as a PDF to share with your doctor.
Health Connect
Import steps, weight, sleep and other data from your watch or fitness tracker.
The video stays on your phone
The live camera video is analysed on your device. It is never stored and never leaves your phone. A still image is shared with us only if you separately agree to help improve the measurements. You can use the app without an account.
